Facebook to release new Insight for Rights Manager

The social media giant is introducing some new insights for the Rights Manager in the coming two weeks. It will provide the users with a better perspective of their online history of protection. Facebook introduced its Rights Manager for images back in September 2020. The sole purpose of this manager was to enable the users to protect their online images.

Mostly the influencers, content creators, and brands who have their images open for the public utilized this feature. The Rights Manager will now allow the users to maintain a complete record of all the images and videos that they would like to protect on the social media platform.
Furthermore, creators will also be given the authority to set the rules of how their content can be shared or used in the larger community. The Rights Manager AI, on the other hand, detects any case of content infringement.

On the dashboard, users will be able to see freshly uploaded content that might in any way clash with their references. By this, they can determine whether that content is considered an infringement or not.

The entire Facebook account or pages can be entered into the white list so that they can share the video content without being interrupted by the Rights Manager AI. All of these steps will ultimately help the content creators on the platform to keep a track of their images’ protection throughout the social network.
